Our groomers begin working with your pet right away, and we call you as soon as they’re ready to be picked up. Salon grooming is not a 1-on-1 experience as we work on multiple dogs at one time. We do this so that your pet gets a chance to relax and take a break from standing. If you prefer to have 1-on-1 service for your pet, please schedule with our mobile grooming service (available in Northwestern Indiana only).
Please call us to schedule an appointment for your pet. If you just need your pet’s nails trimmed, we are happy to do that without an appointment during business hours at any of our salons.
New client consultations are always free at Smoochie Pooch!
Upon check-in, we thoroughly review what we can or cannot do for your pet on that day.
We’ll discuss trim options that fit your pet’s specific breed and lifestyle, routine at-home care needs between professional appointments, and the recommended frequency of professional grooming appointments for your specific pet.
We have a variety of services at very competitive prices to help you keep your pet looking and smelling wonderful.

Haylee started at Smoochie Pooch in our customer service team in August 2020. Haylee’s passion for animals drove her to want to work within our company. She has enjoyed many different jobs working alongside animals but has found her home at Smoochie Pooch. Outside of work, you can usually find her spending time with family, traveling, or spending time at music festivals! Haylee has two dogs, named Meeka and Riley. She loves getting to know all the pets and customers that come in everyday to the salon and more than anything loves that work feels more like family than work. She loves everyone she works with!
Paige began grooming in 2019 after her Bernedoodle, Frankie, had a difficult grooming experience, inspiring her to build trust between groomers and pet owners. In 2024, she became Grooming Director at Smoochie Pooch. With an AKC Safe Certification and creative grooming training, her goal is to keep learning and be part of the industry’s positive change.
At home, Paige has three dogs: Bear the black lab, Moose the Australian Shepherd, and Ducky the mini dachshund. Outside of grooming, she loves traveling and creating art. For Paige, grooming is more than a job—it’s a calling. She prioritizes clear communication and treats every pet with the same care she gives her own, always striving to do what’s best for each dog.
Courtney began her grooming career in 2017 and is currently pet CPR trained, with plans to complete her NDGAA Certified Master Groomer certification soon. She also hopes to earn her certification as a master cat groomer in the future. As a child, Courtney wanted to become an accountant, but after completing her studies and an internship, she switched her focus to management before transitioning into the pet industry. Her journey began at a private pet store, which eventually led to a receptionist position at the store’s grooming salon. It was there that Courtney discovered her passion for pet grooming. She started as a bather, learning from the groomers, and eventually attended grooming school at Paragon, where she graduated.
Courtney’s favorite breeds to groom are handstrip breeds. At home, she has a full house of pets, including three dogs and a cat. Her pets are Kali, a Pit Bull; Charlie, a Ridgeback Pit mix; Logan, a Standard Poodle; and Zeus, a Bengal cat. Logan accompanies her to grooming competitions, while Charlie loves playing fetch, and Kali and Zeus simply enjoy spending time with her. Courtney emphasizes the importance of monthly grooming for all pets, whether they are cats or dogs, regardless of breed.
